A warm and community-focused primary school in Bedfordshire is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join its supportive team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has an undergraduate degree (essential)

  • Holds GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Science and Mathematics

  • Has experience working with children, preferably in a primary setting

  • Demonstrates a caring, adaptable, and proactive approach

  • Is interested in progressing toward teacher training in the future
