The Role:

  • Work alongside experienced teachers to support learning across Early Years, KS1 or KS2

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Develop your classroom practice while training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential)

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Mathematics, and Science

  • A genuine passion for working with children

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to a school-based teacher training route
