About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach offers a salaried, school-based training programme that allows you to earn while you train. You’ll follow a structured pathway towards QTS and PGCE, with personalised mentoring and ongoing professional development to support your growth in the classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting and leading learning in EYFS and Key Stage 1 classrooms.

Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 3–7.

Using play-based and structured learning to develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
-
Developing your teaching practice with the support of experienced mentors.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree (in any subject).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.

Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

A genuine commitment to becoming an outstanding teacher.
