About the Role

The Role:

  • Support teaching across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

  • Develop your teaching skills while following a structured route to QTS and PGCE

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential)

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English, Mathematics, and Science

  • A genuine passion for primary education and working with children

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude

  • Commitment to completing a school-based teacher training pathway leading to QTS and PGCE
