Training & Progression
Grad2Teach offers a unique two-phase teacher training programme combining practical experience with academic development:
Phase One (Level 4 Qualification)
- Complete an NCFE-accredited Level 4 qualification
- Gain classroom experience without the pressure of a full timetable

Phase Two (PGCE with QTS)
