About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach provides a school-based, salaried training route into teaching. You’ll gain real classroom experience from the start, receive expert mentoring, and follow a structured training programme that leads to QTS and a PGCE. You’ll develop your teaching practice with the support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching Mathematics to secondary school students across KS3 and KS4.

Designing engaging lessons that help students build confidence with numbers.

Supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential.

Working closely with experienced staff and mentors to develop your classroom skills.

Playing an active role in the wider school community.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and to join the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Physics).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A strong passion for education and your subject.

Good communication skills and the confidence to lead a classroom.

A genuine desire to become a qualified teacher and make a positive impact.
