About Grad2Teach

Grad2Teach provides a school-based, salaried training route into teaching. You’ll gain real classroom experience from the start, receive expert mentoring, and follow a structured training programme that leads to QTS and a PGCE. You’ll develop your teaching practice with the support you need to succeed.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Teaching Mathematics to secondary school students across KS3 and KS4.

  • Designing engaging lessons that help students build confidence with numbers.

  • Supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential.

  • Working closely with experienced staff and mentors to develop your classroom skills.

  • Playing an active role in the wider school community.


Requirements:

To be eligible for this role and to join the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

  • A UK undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Physics).

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

  • A strong passion for education and your subject.

  • Good communication skills and the confidence to lead a classroom.

  • A genuine desire to become a qualified teacher and make a positive impact.
