About the Role

A dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to train as a Mathematics Teacher. The Role:

  • Work alongside experienced teachers to support and deliver high-quality maths lessons

  • Develop your subject knowledge and teaching practice across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Support pupils of all abilities in building their confidence and numeracy skills

  • Begin a structured route into teaching, combining hands-on experience with expert training and guidance

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

  • A strong interest in education and working with young people

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to completing a school-based training route towards QTS and PGCE
