The Role: Resident Fellow (Mathematics – Grad2Teach)

This is a salaried, full-time position with a focus on classroom-based training in Maths while contributing to the life of a vibrant boarding school. You’ll gain:

Classroom Experience

  • Support and deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Lead small group sessions and interventions

  • Receive mentorship and support from experienced teachers

  • Build your teaching practice while working towards QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach

Boarding & Pastoral Support

  • Live on-site and play a key role in supporting students in their boarding houses

  • Help run activities, evening routines, and ensure student wellbeing

  • Be immersed in a community where education goes far beyond the classroom

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must:

  • Hold a UK undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (e.g. Engineering, Physics)

  • Have GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

  • Show a strong commitment to a career in teaching

  • Be eager to contribute to both academic and residential life at the school
