The Role: Resident Fellow (Mathematics – Grad2Teach)
This is a salaried, full-time position with a focus on classroom-based training in Maths while contributing to the life of a vibrant boarding school. You’ll gain:
Classroom Experience

Support and deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

Lead small group sessions and interventions

Receive mentorship and support from experienced teachers

Build your teaching practice while working towards QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach
Boarding & Pastoral Support

Live on-site and play a key role in supporting students in their boarding houses

Help run activities, evening routines, and ensure student wellbeing

Be immersed in a community where education goes far beyond the classroom

Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must:

Hold a UK undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (e.g. Engineering, Physics)

Have GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

Show a strong commitment to a career in teaching

Be eager to contribute to both academic and residential life at the school
