About the Role
A well-regarded secondary school in Suffolk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team as a Trainee Humanities Teacher. The Role:

Support the delivery of engaging and meaningful humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Assist with planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment

Inspire students through topics such as history, geography, RE, and citizenship

Develop classroom management and teaching skills through day-to-day experience

Begin working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE
Requirements:

A degree, preferably in a humanities-related subject (e.g., history, geography, politics, philosophy, sociology)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

A passion for education and a genuine interest in inspiring young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to beginning a structured route to becoming a qualified teacher
