About the Role

The Role:

Work within the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting young learners aged 3–5

Assist in planning and delivering creative and purposeful learning activities

Promote early language, literacy, and numeracy development

Observe, record, and support the individual progress of each child

Receive training and guidance from experienced early years practitioners
Requirements:

An undergraduate degree (essential)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

A strong interest in early years education

A nurturing, patient, and energetic approach

A desire to train towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
