About the Role

A welcoming and community-centred primary school in Norfolk is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to train as an Early Years (EYFS) Teacher. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their teacher training journey with a focus on the vital early stages of child development.

Staff work collaboratively to create a safe and engaging setting that supports every child’s emotional and educational needs.

The Role:

  • Work within the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting young learners aged 3–5

  • Assist in planning and delivering creative and purposeful learning activities

  • Promote early language, literacy, and numeracy development

  • Observe, record, and support the individual progress of each child

  • Receive training and guidance from experienced early years practitioners

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential)

  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

  • A strong interest in early years education

  • A nurturing, patient, and energetic approach

  • A desire to train towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
