The Role: Resident Fellow (Computer Science – Grad2Teach)

This full-time, salaried post gives you the chance to gain valuable experience in the classroom and within the college’s thriving boarding environment. As a Resident Fellow in Computer Science, you will:

Academic Support

  • Support and help deliver engaging Computer Science and IT lessons

  • Lead small-group sessions, coding workshops, and intervention programmes

  • Develop classroom management and teaching skills under the guidance of experienced mentors

  • Begin your formal training toward QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach

Boarding & Pastoral Support

  • Live on-site and contribute to the life of one of the college’s boarding houses

  • Assist with pastoral duties, evening routines, and student activities

  • Play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and personal development of boarders

About Grad2Teach

Grad2Teach is a salaried, school-based initial teacher training provider that supports aspiring teachers by offering:

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you should:

  • Hold a UK undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related subject
