The Role: Resident Fellow (Business Studies – Grad2Teach)

This full-time, salaried role provides hands-on experience in both the classroom and boarding life of the college. As a Business Studies Resident Fellow, you’ll:

Academic Support

  • Assist and deliver Business Studies lessons (and related subjects such as Economics where relevant)

  • Lead small group tutorials and support intervention work

  • Gain classroom management experience with mentorship from expert staff

  • Begin your formal teacher training while progressing toward QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach

Boarding & Pastoral Support

  • Live on-site and support students in one of the college’s boarding houses

  • Contribute to a vibrant co-curricular programme, including activities, trips and clubs

  • Assist with day-to-day routines and pastoral care, playing a key role in student wellbeing

Grad2Teach is a salaried, school-based initial teacher training provider that offers:

Who We’re Looking For

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you should:

  • Hold a UK undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related subject

  • Have GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

  • Be committed to a career in teaching and eager to gain practical experience

  • Be willing to live on-site and support the boarding and wider school community

  • Be ready to start your teacher training journey in a real-world school setting
