The Role: Resident Fellow (Business Studies – Grad2Teach)
This full-time, salaried role provides hands-on experience in both the classroom and boarding life of the college. As a Business Studies Resident Fellow, you’ll:
Academic Support

Assist and deliver Business Studies lessons (and related subjects such as Economics where relevant)

Lead small group tutorials and support intervention work

Gain classroom management experience with mentorship from expert staff

Begin your formal teacher training while progressing toward QTS and PGCE with Grad2Teach
Boarding & Pastoral Support

Live on-site and support students in one of the college’s boarding houses
-
Contribute to a vibrant co-curricular programme, including activities, trips and clubs
-
Assist with day-to-day routines and pastoral care, playing a key role in student wellbeing

Who We’re Looking For
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you should:

Hold a UK undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related subject

Have GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

Be committed to a career in teaching and eager to gain practical experience

Be willing to live on-site and support the boarding and wider school community
