One of our partner schools in Hertfordshire has asked us to identify several trainee teachers to join our two-year programme in September 2021. Suitable for graduates in any subject – with at least a year of experience working in a school.

This is a lovely school situated in a semi-rural area with great transport links and a student body which on the whole arrives in Year 7 above expected levels. We have several teachers already in place on the long term and permanent contracts and they tell us of a really friendly body of staff who work closely with the SMT in order to build a supportive community. Behaviour standards were a particular highlight of the most recent Ofsted inspection and this helps to build a positive atmosphere for all school stakeholders.
