Have you ever considered getting into teaching? Are you a graduate with a strong interest, skills, or a qualification in art?
If so, you’ve found the right place!
We are recruiting for a Teacher Trainee who will organise and manage appropriate learning environments and resources for exciting and engaging Art lessons. You will plan challenging teaching and learning objectives to evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate. The position of a Trainee Teacher is a full-time salaried role, open to graduates with some classroom experience.
Our Salaried Teacher Training Programme offers a new opportunity to train towards gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), while still earning a full salary. With Grad2Teach, you will work to complete Phase One of our Salaried Teacher Training Programme in the first year, achieving a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Requirements
To be eligible for this programme you must meet the following requirements:
Have determination, resilience and a patient, caring attitude.
Have a relevant, university degree with a minimum of a 2:2 classification.
Have the confidence and ability to lead the class.
Be able to demonstrate your resilience.
Be able to train across all key stages to broaden your skillset
