About the job

‘It must be remembered that the purpose of education is not to fill the minds of students with facts...it is to teach them to think, if that is possible, and always to think for themselves.’ ― Robert Hutchins

A great opportunity has arisen for us to train a talented graduate of any discipline at one of our partner schools in London This is a great opportunity for a graduate with excellent communication skills to take up the role of High-level Teacher Assistant trainee in January 2022. Your main tasks will consist of helping the classroom teaching maintain a healthy learning environment, balancing the classroom teacher’s workload, and helping those who are falling behind and catching them up. If this position sounds good to you, then apply now through Grad2Teach to take the first step to become a fully qualified educator through our Salaried Teacher Training programme.

We have been working with this school on a regular basis for the past few years and our teachers have always told us it is a lovely place to work. The pupils are well behaved and generally are well supported in their studies at home and this is demonstrated in their progression through the school. Last year 100% of Year 6 pupils achieved their target levels for literacy and numeracy. Ofsted most recently graded them ‘Good with Outstanding Features’, with teaching and learning being graded ‘Outstanding’.
