About the job

Are you a science-based graduate looking to start a career in teaching?

If so, you're in the right place!

We have partnered with an outstanding school in Lewisham, South London, who are recruiting a science trainee teacher to start immediately. The position of Trainee Science Teacher is a full-time salaried role, open to science-based graduates with preferably some classroom experience.

Our Grad2Teach salaried teacher training course is your first step in the right direction to kickstart your teaching career. Our salaried teacher training programme offers a new opportunity to train, earn and – if successful – gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

In the first year, you will work to complete Phase One of our Salaried Teacher Training Programme. This will increase your career prospects as you can gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of a teacher, develop your skills and prepare for Phase 2 of your training where you will earn while you work full-time to complete your Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
