Salaried teacher training – Religious Studies
Up to £27,000 FTE
About the job
One of our partner secondary schools in London has instructed us to train a Philosophy, Religion or Humanities graduate as part of our two-year salaried teacher training programme.
Do you find the world of Religion fascinating?
Are you able to encourage debate among young people, while staying impartial?
Do you have passion, determination, and patience?
If you said yes to the above, then consider enrolling in our salaried teacher training programme.
This rapidly improving secondary school is benefiting largely from the appointment of its new Headteacher last year. Prior to this, student behaviour was a major focus, and the school was struggling to find a way to maintain the students, consequently grades were dropping slowly. That has since stopped due to the Headteacher’s new methods and she has even gained the school a Grade 1 (Outstanding), previously a Grade 3 (Requires improvement), and she doesn’t want to stop there. She has partnered with us to welcome more trainees in the hope many of them will mesh well with the staff and students and stay on with the school after they have completed their training. If this like the right opportunity to you then apply now.
