At this school, strong focus is placed on teaching and non-teaching staff to work as a team to maintain a supportive and progressive learning environment for the students. This has had a significant impact on trainees on our salaried teacher training programme. Pupil progression has been steadily improving and the school just recently celebrated their best GCSE results in the core subjects of English, Maths and Science, some of which were taught by our trainees on our salaried teacher training programme.
