We have partnered with a secondary school in Northamptonshire that is looking for a creative and engaging History graduate to start training with them from September 2022. This school offers great development opportunities for trainees who perform well in their school. You will be training alongside expert educators who will offer hands-on advice parallel to our Salaried Teacher Training programme. If this position sounds good to you, then apply now through Grad2Teach to take the first step to becoming a fully qualified educator.

The school we’re working with has seen its highest GCSE core subject grades ever and would like to start training more graduates alongside their great teachers to build a strong pipeline of experienced educators. This is a very friendly and welcoming school which has been recognised as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. There is a high level of pupil engagement, behaviour is excellent, and exam results are considerably above the national average. Staff form a close-knit team who operate in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect and career development is central to the philosophy of the SLT.
