A fantastic secondary school in Hertfordshire has asked us to train an outstanding English graduate. The school has a wealth of experience in its STEM team and can offer excellent support to the successful applicant. Your main tasks will consist of creating engaging lessons, showing your students the importance of English outside their own view of it, and encouraging your students to generate their own questions. If this position sounds good to you, then apply now through Grad2Teach to take the first step to becoming a qualified educator through our Salaried Teacher Training programme.

This is a large mixed comprehensive school with high aspirations for everyone who is part of the community whether a student or member of staff. A rapidly improving school recently rated by OFSTED as having good leadership and good capacity to improve further, you will see when you visit the school that we are passionate about what we do: getting the best out of every child whatever their abilities, interests, or ambitions. This is a place of work, and a strong work ethic is demanded from staff and students alike. The SMT is passionate about developing their staff as practitioners and future leaders, and at present, this is an environment offering unparalleled opportunities for CPD and rapid advancement for exceptional teachers.
