At Grad2Teach, we are looking for trainees to train while part of an outstanding team, achieving their PGCE and QTS while earning a salary.

We are looking for candidates to partner with a larger than average primary school that is based within the region of Cambridge. This thriving community primary school has a team of passionate staff and a committed governing body who are looking to develop trainee teachers within their school to continue their journey towards outstanding. We are currently accepting trainees to start in either September 2021, or January 2022.


To be eligible for this programme you must meet the following requirements:

· Have determination, resilience and a patient, caring attitude.

· Have a relevant, university degree with a minimum of a 2:2 classification.

· Have at least one year of Experience in a UK classroom

· Have the confidence and ability to lead the class.

· Be able to demonstrate your resilience.

· Be able to train across all key stages to broaden your skillset.


How will Grad2Teach support you?

With Grad2Teach you will work to complete a one- or two-year course, achieving a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). You will gain experience working in at least two schools, earning a salary as you train. Upon passing the course, you will have completed your PGCE and be a qualified teacher with QTS.

Grad2Teach offer all your training by experienced school leaders, including coaching and mentoring to ensure that you are fully supported to reach the Teachers’ Standards successfully, while earning a salary and doing what you love.
