A lovely, well-established secondary school in Luton has asked us to train an outstanding English graduate at their school. The school are looking for someone who is ready to teach and has experience, ideally, in Key Stages 3 and 4. Your main tasks will consist of creating engaging lessons, showing your students the importance of English outside their own view of it, and encouraging your students to generate their own questions. In Training Phase 2, you will

  • Complete 3 written assessments reflecting on your experience and what you’ve learned so far

  • Cover up to 90% of a teaching timetable within a classroom

  • Work under a dedicated learning mentor who will guide and advise you along your journey

  • Experience two contrasting school placements, allowing you to broaden your experience
